The Director, Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, Margaret Adeseye, has stated that the fire that engulfed the Christ Embassy Church located at Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos has been brought under control.
As earlier reported on this morning that the building caught fire, and officials of the LSFRS were also reported to be at the scene to put the fire out.

In a statement on Sunday, Adeseye provided updates on the situation, stating that no casualties have been reported.
