This year 2024 Ojude Oba annual celebrations in Ejigbo, in Ejigbo local government area of Osun has come and gone but,the memories will linger long on the mind of the people of Ejigbo and environs.
The celebrations witnessed the presence of both sons and daughters of Ejigbo both within and outside the country.
Among notable people at the program is the incumbent honorable representing Ejigbo state constituency in Osun state House of assembly,Honorable Jimi Asagade who also doubled as a prince in royal lineage.
Honorable Asagade added more glamour to the event by facilitated the presence of that Music legend, King Dr Saheed Osupa who also displayed his musical prowess to thrilled the audience.
This idea is to foster unity among sons and daughters of Ejigbo both home and abroad.
The Ogiyan of Ejigbo land, HRM Omowonuola Oyeyode Oyesosin was full of joy and happiness seeing his subjects coming together to show love for their town. He charged all sons and daughters of Ejigbo to remain United irrespective of their political differences to develop the town.
It was indeed a successful and colourful event.
