As Awolowo-Dosumu Commends Interior Minister For Promoting Awolowo’s Ideals
Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi on Saturday told the people of Osun that it is impossible for anyone to erase the legacy left behind by former Governor Rauf Aregbesola.
The Royal Father said Aregbesola who is currently the Minister for Interior is not an ordinary person, adding that those who stand by him currently should not hesitate to continue.
This was just as the daughter of late sage Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Chief Tokunbo Awolowo-Dosumu, commended the Minister for being steadfast in pursuing and promoting the ideals of the late Premier of the defunct Western Region.
Speaking on Aregbesola’s legacy in Osun, Ooni said it would be futile for anyone to attempt to Rubbish the Aregbesola administration’s achievements.
“No one can destroy your legacy,” the Monarch, who called in at the programme told the huge crowd that gathered at the Zanabab Resorts, Ilesa.
