The life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are the core of Islamic belief, guiding Muslims on a path of righteousness, morality, and spiritual fulfillment. His actions and words, collectively known as the Sunnah, provide a comprehensive model for all aspects of life, from worship to social conduct. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) embodied the perfect example of divine submission, humility, compassion, and justice.
However, for those who choose to abandon his teachings, there is a stark contrast to the enlightened path he laid down. In Islamic thought, deviating from the Prophet’s way is seen as a path that leads toward the satanic way, filled with deceit, pride, materialism, and, ultimately, destruction.
However, is there an Institution or Islamic body that sees to the affairs of Islam in Yorubaland? What job has it created for those students in non-formal education like Arabic students? After completing their studies, can they work in banks, industries, and construction companies with their Arabic certificate? This is because we are living in is a society that does not recognize them, and they must live but we find no solution, living as if everything is well. Is everything well with Yoruba Islam?
