- IWALOYE BAILS FIVE INMATES AS HE CELEBRATES 54.
Former Speaker of the State of Osun House of Assembly Rt.hon Dr. Najeem Folasayo Salaam earlier today payed fines of five inmates from Ilesha prison to celebrate his 54th birthday. The Olu Omo of Ejigbo settled the fines of these inmates, Mathew Alagbe MEJ/16c/2019 Oyewale Kazeem MEJ/27c/2019 Dauda Ojo MEJ/5c/2019 Adebayo Afeez MOS/507c/2019 Olaniran Ibraheem MFP/19c/2019 from Ilesha prison today while the inmates are expected to gain total freedom as soon as the their discharge process completed .
Olu Omo of Ejigbo believes that prison shouldn’t be a place to build criminals but a form of rehabilitation centre for the outlaws or lawbreakers and we shouldn’t deny them right to gain their freedom back once they have served the term/repented and changed from their bad characters .
He furthered that we are all sinners in front of our dear God but once we seek for forgiveness and repent from our sins , he forgives us and never deprived us any opportunity , Dr. Salaam hereby implored the families of these inmates to show them love and care and never to discriminate them in the society .
