At the resume hearing of the state of Osun PDP petition against the election of Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola of APC the PDP governorship candidate senator Ademola Adeleke and his running mate Albert Adeogun and other PDP bigwigs like Revd Bunmi Jenyo and barrister Kayode Oduoye a.k.a super K were all present to witness the proceeding where the APC opened their defence with the calling of witnesses from Ede South and Ede North and so far before the tribunal went on break the APC has called five witnesses namelyπ
(1)Mr Musbaudeen Adekunle Raji Unit 10 ward 4 Ede South local government.
(2) Mr Olawuyi Oluranti Joseph from number 53 agbangudu street Ede.
(3) Mr Popoola Hassan Abioye from 44 Oluobinun street Ede.
(4) Is Mr Ganiyu Muhydeen Olalekan he is to be helped by an interpreter because he could not speak English fluently but can read and write in English and the name of the interpreter is Sunday Ayodeji.
(5) Now the fifth witness is called his name is Mr Adekunle Badmus from number 26 Rabiu Babalola street Oke gada Ede a Baker by profession.
Under cross examinations by both INEC counsels and PDP counsels both witnesses agreed there were alteration in the result of election and where such happened the electoral officers that did alteration countersigned the white copy of the result sheet but did not reflect on the pink copies given to the party agents after the announcement of the result and the PDP won in all the polling units challenged by the APC.
