The immediate past minister of interior Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola to storm Osogbo, the Osun state Capital on Saturday 20th of January 2024 to commission some projects initiated by the Osun economic development team led by Engineer Dr Kayode Adegbulugbe and Asiwaju Olusegun Akintade.
The projects are Oluode Market solar power light and walkway and Ajegunle Market solar power light both which were facilitated by the duo of Engineer Dr Kayode Adegbulugbe and Asiwaju Olusegun Akintade who are Osogbo indigenes.
The Royal father of the day is the Ataoja of Osogbo land, His Royal highness Jimoh Olanipekun Larooye while some political bigwigs like Oluomo of Ejigbo land Rt Hon Dr Najeem Folasayo Salaam, former speaker, Osun state House of assembly,Alhaji Adeoti Moshood Olalekan ,former Secretary to the state government in Osun and host of others will be guest of honor.
The secretary to the state government, Hon Teslim Igbalaye will also grace the occasion.
Also to be launched on the same day is empowerment program for the marketers where grants will be given to boost their businesses.
The Chief Host and the State Coordinator of Osun Economic Development Team is Prince Basiru Olalekan Hassan (Abanise) of Modi Oyipi ruling House Osogbo while
Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola is the grand patron of Osun Economic development team who brought the development to Osogbo.
