The Osun Progressives (TOP) leaders arraigns, granted bail on self recognition with #5million each.
Elder Adelowo Adebiyi, four other TOP leaders including Mr Alaba Popoola and Mr Adex were today arraigned at the state high court Osogbo before magistrate Oluwasegun Ayilara on three counts charge.
The charge reads as follows👇
(1)Act of Felony to wit. Assault occasion harm
(2) Unlawful assault on one Hamzat Lukman
(3) Unlawful assault on another one name Ajetunmobi Muideen on the same day and venue in Osogbo on 14th of August 2021.
Both of them pleaded not guilty of the charges and they were both granted bail on self recognition with #5million each.
Mr Popoola Alaba and Mr Azeez Adekunle a.k.a Adex were granted bail on liberal terms and the case was adjourned till September 24th 2021
