RE: MY RUMOURED APPOINTMENT
AS NIMASA BOSS
It is imperative for me to at this point come out to debunk the news that
I have been appointed as the Chairman of the Nigerian Maritime Administration
and Safety Agency (NIMASA). It is important to state from the outset
that such appointment is the prerogative of the President of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria and on the recommendation of the Minister for Transportation.
In essence therefore, such appointment is not done on the social media by over-zealous
social media influencers who are most times influenced by pre-planned motives.
Whilst I thank my esteemed lovers and followers for their show of love and solidarity since the Court of Appeal judgment in Akure, I wish to advise that we exercise caution in the face of grave provocation from our adversaries as we are close to the promised land.
I thank Governor Gboyega Oyetola , Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Chief Adebisi Akande, the State Chairman of our great party and all my leaders of our great party at all levels for their rallying support at this time.
